Kadence's smirk widened as he lay down across from her, his eyes scanning over her once again and his breathing coming out a little harsher, heavier. She blinked her eyes innocently at him, showing fake concern in their yellow depths.

"Are you okay? You seem a little... Winded." she breathed, slowly and deliberately. Her plan was working and already she could see the effect she had on him. Now she just needed him to show it, to admit it. And then, eventually, act on it. First it would be fun to toy with him for a bit.
