Aesop knew little of his Alpha, but he was still inclined to feel positively about her. After all, she had taken him in and given him a home, and for that alone he should have been grateful. And he was. However, he knew better than to take that for granted, as of now, she was his alpha and not his friend.
Still, he saw nothing wrong in taking strides towards getting to know her. He smiled amiably, then began to walk along the shore, taking care to keep alongside her. "So, Thistle Cloud, mind tellin' me a bit about yourself? How'd this whole operation," by which he meant the pack, "come about?"
