All welcome :)

Her strides were long and deliberate. It was early in the evening, and Leucothoë thought to divine something from the Sea. She had ever desire to be of use to Caiaphas, even despite her twins misgivings on the entirety of the situation. Leucothoë was more interested in it, and wondered what would come of it. Before doing her own patrol, she would look to the Sea for clues of the future.

When she arrived, Leucothoë stood at the edge of the waters for a moment. When the world was this cold, so too was the sea. She lingered here, thinking of the proper questions and the signs she might find. Typically, Leucothoë would have the protection of a male consort; but she had every desire for privacy. The pristine Leucothoë did not know these men as she did the ones of home, and her time in the waters were vulnerable and intimate, so deeply personal. She had fasted and not eaten the food brought to them. Her body and mind were empty and clear and she would not fill it prior to her divination.
