Neither Tempest nor Bindi seemed particularly pleased with his decision. FitzDutiful wasn't pleased either but it was better than nothing. Any other time they would be up for a fight but their pack was so new, and their ties so frail, that their health would not be worthwhile. The leader had yet to say anything.

Hoping to avoid the fight, Fitz just nodded to Bindi that he wanted her to go to the cache. He was worried that she would be attacked but he had faith that she could protect herself. She may be new but she was very capable and if all the dogs went to follow her then the wolves would follow them. Never taking his eyes off the leader, Fitz noticed the hound that seemed eager to be gone and the mottled one that appeared to be eager for a fight.
