As the treasure was finally revealed, the regal male pulled himself back, his eyes sweeping over the boy for a reaction. Amusement stirred at his features as he gave a nod toward the antler – “One day, you’ll know how to take down the beasts that grow those on their head”, he explained, a roguish grin creeping up to his lips. While he was not anxious for the pups to grow.. he was curious to see what they would be like when they were older.
