@Vector to continue what we started :D out of pack territory
The bear let out a bone shattering roar and lunged. Kesuk tried to get out of the way but she wasn't fast enough. The bears obsidian claws pierced her fur and ripped her flesh open. Kesuk couldn't hold back the earsplitting shriek that ripped through her body. She stumbled back until she was out of range of the enraged creature. Turning to flee she sped further into the woods, fear the only thing keeping her going.
When the crashes behind her ceased she slowed to a trot and turned to look at her wound. A jagged cut ripped through her shoulder muscles, dripping scarlet blood all over the forest floor. Her vision was beginning to cloud and she staggered a bit. Her limbs were shaking and she couldn't see strait. The last thing she remembers seeing before she blacked out was a lightning scared tree and a bed of soft moss below her.

Quote: Got it. Set before pack, 1 month after meet.
Vector had been in a dream, the same dream that constantly ran through his subconscious mind, everytime he lowered his lids for sleep. The same vision. The same day. The same event.
His sister, the beloved Natalyia, being shredded by their own mother, eaten, for being sweet. Him being forced to watch his twin sister murdered, her crimson liquid warmth splashing across his face, his father forcing him to watch...the scream she released the moment her mothers jaws reached for her daughters soft 6 month old body.
The same scream that jolted him awake. Had it really happened? The scream? And why did it sound so familiar? So much like....
Shit.
Within split nanoseconds, Vector's brain flashed him to his fours, and out of the hidden rock formation that formed a natural den for him, soaring at almost unrealistic speeds to where his mind told him to, not having a clue where he was going, but galloping so fast, he could have been mistaken for a flame spreading throughout the forest. The russian forest fire.
The man ran almost into a barrier, his body stopping so suddenly, he was jolted out of his own comprehensive abilities for a second. Regaining his conscious, he realized his body had stopped him for a reason. Bear. The stench of the massive beast had permeated so thickly, he was wondering how he hadn't choked. But another scent swam here. From his tracking, it was a fainter scent, one who hadn't stayed long..Kesuk. The Zagadochnaya Devushka he had met a moon ago, who had tempted him to consider her a well met wolf.
Damn.
Her scent, the recon followed, all the while keeping up his ears for any sign of a murderous bear who stayed on the prowl. Then he smelled her. Her blood..the scarlet pools of it..the coppery tang hung heavy in the air. He knew it belonged to her. And from the amount that puddled the grass, it was caused by a severe wound.
And she could be dying.
All because of a large wound.
Etot proklyatyy medved' umret, za eto, the russian promised himself. He would track the beast down, and ensure the thing was choking in its own blood.
But first, he had to find the girl.
A few yards further from the carcass he passed, he followed the crimson stains, finding a heap of pathetic dark browned fur, that was splotched with bright streaks of red. Kesuk.
Without even thinking about a plan, he leapt to her side, and analyzed the wound on her shoulder. It kept bleeding. She was still alive. Her heart continued its task, but it was slowing. The labored breathing was apparent in her. She was dying. And fast.
Vector was grateful instantly for the med training he learned from a collie who was on the human farm he lived on those months ago. She had taught him well. It was quite a shame he left her the way he did. But the past was the past. His focus was one that was hardly ever broken. So he concentrated it on the bleedingass before him.
"You will not die on me, girl. "
The russian snagged her scruff, pulling her light frame across the soft mossy grass until he made it to a pond, which was luckily filled with necessary components to keep a wolf alive and medicated.
The man layed the barely breathing female on the flat soft ground, and began to lick her wound, taking out any debris that could have lodged itself in her open and vulnerable flesh. He preened the fur around it, giving it less chance of infecting the wound, as well. He immediately got up, and returned from the edge with a thick and mature cattail reed, biting off its head, and shoving it on the other side of her.
Vector left for a second, and walked up to a oak that lived near the pond. Rearing up, he slashed thick rivets into the bark, knocking an entire sheath off of the tree. With a savage bite, rhe russian ripped a chunk of it into his maw, chewing it swiftly, spitting it out onto a wide stick, repeating, until he had a mass of poultice. He dragged the stick over, not spilling any of the medicine, and went to work.
The male applied ths meds, ensuring all of it was used. Then, stripping a layer off of the flat bark, he placed it onto her shoulder, which had slowed its leak. Finally, he tied it off, the tourniquet securing not only her bleeding issue, but the ends of her flexible bandaid.
The male, stayed close to her, keeping an eye out, incase the bear decided to have the balls enough to finishe the job.

Kesuk was in a strange haze. It was as if she was watching herself outside of her body, floating above the world. She watched herself run through the woods, a scarlet trail behind her as she stumbled about. She saw herself collapse into a pool of her own blood on the mossy floor, to exhausted and pained to remain conscious. Her bloodied form lay limp as a ragdoll and Kesuk stared at it until something else caught her eye.
The ginger wolf she had met, Vector, was running towards her limp body. Kesuk could tell he said something to her before he started to gently pull her body across the clearing.
Kesuk's vision started to slip away. She was dying. She struggled hard to cling to the last bits of her life while she watched Vector fix her up, his skills helping her to not slip away.
She could vaguely feel what he was doing but she was still 'above' her body. Kesuk could feel strength start to dribble back into her as she watched Vector sit down, watching over her.
She could feel the pull of her body, aching for her to go back to it. Kesuk finally succumbed to the need and woke with a jarring gasp into the real world.
OOC: Its not as fancy as yours, sorry :P

Quote: no need to match length. Its chill. :) making a short one before I head to school.
Suddenly, the breath came hot and fast to the young wolf beside his unmoving frame. She was regaining her consciousness. Good.
Vector got up, and walked over to her, her prone form now active, and no longer dormant.
"Stay still. Your body needs to regain its strength."
He watched her, his emerald eyes watching for any other signs on her body of wounds he may have missed. Apparently, he missed none.
September 25, 2014, 11:06 AM
Kesuk gasped the air, the coolness soothing her throught. She could tell someone was speaking to her but she couldn't make out the words. She looked around, bewildered and. Confused, her eyes wild with terror. She could grasp only small parts of her dream.
It had been a memory. The horrible news. The choice. Death or exile.
Kesuk to focused on the flame colored wolf and tried to steady her breathing. It was Vector.
OOC: I'm at school so the posts will be pretty slow till I get home :)

Quote: Its fine, im at a college fair, so I too am shortening it up a bit. :P
Vector felt the fear, the panick, and he placed soft yet firm paws on her sides, and layed close, trying to keep her restrained.
He hissed in her ear, "Relax..."
September 25, 2014, 01:15 PM
Vector put his paws on her sides firmly and gently. It calmed her and she was able to steady her breathing and panic enough to feel the pain of her shoulder sear through her like fire.
September 25, 2014, 04:04 PM
Vector watched as the small fuel of adrenaline left her, and the agony set into her frame.
He winced, knowing it he would have had the snow that blanketed his homeland, he could steer her away from the pain, numbit it, allowing the torn muscle to tense, and heal faster.
The very snow he took for granted.
Vector knew pain was an obstacle of the mind, and through his life, he had been carved into a lupine who could switch off his emotions at will, though he too, had control over his mental obstacles. That included pain. Vector knew the girl did not have the upbringing he had, yet he had to make her well. And if she did not, then it was plausible that her once well-abled body, could go into shock, and she could die.
The russian kept his body above hers, and bent down, saying in his accented voice,
"Fight it, devushka. Have your body, your mind, bend to your will. Tell the pain to shut the hell up. Force it to surrender. Don't let it win. Don't let it win."
His emerald gaze fierce and determined, he sought hers, almost biting his own tongue at the attempt to save a girl he had no connection to.
Or did he?
Vector kept chanting the words, having them in a soothing manner, almost as if it were a song of glory.

Kesuk met Vectors determined eyes. The pain seared through her like a forest fire, leaving no nerve untouched. She closed her eyes against the pain and listened to his words.
'Shut the hell up' she thought. She told herself that it was just a warning from her body telling her she was injured and that it wasn't actually hurting her. Kesuk imagined putting up walls and blocking the pain, burying it below layers of numbness. Her eyes sprang open and she took calm steadying breaths.
The pain was subsiding and she could focus on the world around her again. She took a shaky breath when she realized Vector was standing directly on top of her.
OOC: I am out of school! Yay :D

Quote: Hurray you survived! :D School, I mean.I have no idea whats happening with Kesuk. xD
He watched her struggle, the gears spin within her head, and the fire that had set forth to destroy her opposer, the one thing that blocked her from focusing completely, and soon, he was watching her eyes when they appeared before him, the crystals glimmering through pain, yet still flawless.
He removed his body from atop hers, and kept his stare on her, his bulging coiled mucles set on pins to assist her if she were to fall, at any time she stood up.
Vector knew he was not keen on having survivors on his list. He had his rule, his law,
Yourself above all besides authority.
She was not authority.
Why had he wasted his time?
Surely this female, who had previously played with his emotions, toyed with his words, was not an asset to him, was she?
His fiery coated form sat, the recon waiting for her to recover a bit.
September 25, 2014, 06:20 PM
The fiery male stepped back and watched her. Kesuk struggled to get up but finally got her footing, blocking out the pain that accompanied it. She looked at him carefully. He did not seem like someone who would help another just for the heck of it. Her icy eyes examined his face, trying to find a reason, an alterior motive hidden somewhere but came up empty.
Kesuk didn't want feel indebt to him so she held her head high.
"Thank you." she said curtly, "For saving me" She said, her head lowered in slight embarrassment at the last part, remembering how she had come to her senses with him directly above her.

A smirk tugged at the corner of his dark lips. How could she be so high and mighty, when he could demolish her, where she stood? Her high and mighty demeanor, even as she had been bleeding to death a few minutes before?
This girl's constantly amusing him.
"Don't tempt me to retrieve that bear, Kesuk. "
A playful growl had left his parted maw. He knew his limitations with this female. But she had her ways of making him forget.
Taking his tone to match his calculating orbs, he spoke,
"Be careful upon yourself, girl. Being dead isn't pretty. Do not try any excess exercise that can get you weak. "
The exercises he preformed were ones that kept him in constant shape, better than the day before, time and time again.
The russian wondered if the darkling would be able to stand up to such challenges once she healed.
A mischievous glint appeared in his gems, the newfound but anonymous idea birthing onto his features.

Kesuk's eyes glittered when her name rolled nicely off his tongue. She instantly thought of a reply. His muscles rippled under his fur when he moved.
"Oh I think I would make being dead very pretty" she teased the older male.
"That doesn't mean I want to be dead" she reassured quickly.
OOC: Sorry I was making dinner for my sister... :3

Taking a pair of steps forward, the man lowered his gaze to hers.
"How unfortunate. I wanted to see how stunning your corpse could be. I guess I'll have to wait for that."
The russian snickered at the horrid joke, his darker side lavishing the words. It desired an encore, and he was on the verge of listening to it.
September 25, 2014, 08:18 PM
Kesuk lifted her snout at his despicable joke and countered it almost immediately.
"Ha ha" she laughed sarcasticly, "You just wish you could out live me." she snickered and fluffed out her fur, flicking her large ears.

Vector snorted, but said nothing at the girls confidence in her wounded body. He would not waste his breath with a reply. He turned, appearing as though he was going to leave.
"To hell, lives those who live a hellish life, devushka. "
He took a couple of paces forward, towards the direction of the thick trees back to his home, walking slow incase she had to ask him a question before he vanished.

The male walked away from her a couple paces, as if teasing her. She felt a strange pang inside her. She found herself not wanting him to go. Around him she felt happier, like he would not judge her for her outward personality.
"Well then I guess I will see you there" she stated smugly, hoping he would stay. She put a small flicker of hopelessness in her eyes just in case.

Over his shoulder, he barked out a laugh at jer snide remark of him going to hell. He knew he most likely would be, as many lives that he had taken, but he had kept such a thought to himself.
The russian kept walking until he had reached the fist burly oak, then paused to yawn. The devious little temptress had the note in her voice, almost imperceptible, but to the ears of a man who had haeld many lovers, one night stands, in his life, he knew it well. Shd didn't want him gone. Another win.
His flame hide had almost met up with the third line of trees, his pace unhurried, and still in her line of view.

Kesuk watched him take his sweet time walking away. She blinked her glittering eyes at his retreating form.
"You know, staying with an injured 'girl' would give you a better chance of going somewhere better." she teased, emphasizing the word he often used to describe her.
OOC: and sorry it took so long, it didn't tell me u replied :3

Though she was father away, the Vector's elite auds had made her sound as if she were still within his view. The male turned to her, and slowly turned his head to one side, studying her, the wicked grin placed on his lips.
"Do you honestly believe I wish to go somewhere better? Do you feel the need to be somewhere,.." he trailed off, his brain multitasking, placing his paws before him, walking towards her, while thinking of descriptions to her 'better place'. "..that is inhabited by mindless drones who know nothing but of good? Pristine abstinence from so many pleasures? "
Once he returned to her face, he leaned in, and softly said.
"I think not."
September 25, 2014, 10:19 PM
Kesuk felt a shiver of pleasure run through her when he stopped and started walking slowly towards her till he was right in front of her.
"I imagine it would be extremely boring" she purred in a velvety voice. She hesitated before adding the next part.
Kesuk leaned in close to his ear, "And then I wouldn't get to see you ever again" she whispered lowly.

She was a succubus, she was. And she held herself well, with it.
" Vy iskushat' d'yavola, devushka," he spat back at her, the words tinged with a desire she fueled. Yet the emeralds traced her outline, the dark physique she tried to keep from falling. The russian gazed at her once more, until he turned it to the bandaid she held on her shoulder.
"How is your arm, Kesuk? " He nodded his snout to thewound on her, trying to get thoughts out of his head that could cloud his mission.
September 25, 2014, 10:42 PM
Her words and actions had effected him. She smiled to herself at the thought.
The amber wolf spat heated words at her to which she could not comprehend. She did understand however, that they were laced with hot desire.
Her fur prickled as his deep green eyes scanned her body until they took on their normal steely expression again. If only she could get him to go over the edge, that would be perfect. His gaze rested on her bandage, maybe to get his mind off her words and mannerisms but she might never know.
"How is your arm, Kesuk?"
She registered the question and tried to think of a snarky reply. She again felt indebted to him. She hated the feeling. Coming up empty she just raised her snout.
"Fine, thanks." she replied curtly, a slight hint of spice in her words.
OOC: Okay, c ya. Also, what did he say to her? I really wanna know even if she cant :P

"Good. When it is better, and healed all the way, ill show you some things that will keep you in shape. And give you a bit more meat on your bones. Anything that kills you should atleast deserve a decent meal. "
Vector had not planned on adding the last part of the sentence, but the russian had his tendency to slip up, his brutal side flashing a sliver of itself, every now and then.

Kesuk narrowed her eyes at his quick change in attitude. Maybe she was getting too close for comfort. She took a moment to think of reply.
"Yes, show me those exercises that get you this well built." she purred in a voice like velvet, stepping forward to run her cheek along his side in an almost cat like way. She walked behind the flare colored wolf and then around to his front again to face him.
Kesuk sat, wrapping her tail around her paws and batting her ice colored eyes innocently.
"And nothing would actually kill and eat me. There is no way." she added just for spite.
