Bearclaw Valley You got me tripping and stumbling

Scarlett decided that she should check the border or at least scent mark it as hers. Raziel wasn't around making her the temporarily Alpha. She didn't feel like an alpha, which was probably her problem. If sh only believed more in herself she might make a great alpha. The girl had just been bullied a lot when she was younger, up until her second year. Scarlett trotted through the valley from the rendezvous site to the boulder path. She climbed on it and then marked the entrance of the path so every wolf would know they were not welcome and if they wanted access they had to howl. Scarlett felt a bit pleased after that.

The young girl trotted back down again, but the boulder path was rather steep and if one wasn't paying enough attention then it was easy to make a tumble. Scarlett having her head in the clouds as always she misstepped on steep slippery path and tumbled down to the bottom. She ended up gliding down the rocky path on her belly before coming to a stop. An 'ooof' left form her lips as she lay at the bottom of the path. She hadn't injured herself badly she was just being her clumsy self. That reminded her sliding of parts of the glacier, and how fun that had been...

Andrei had been trying to fit in, and Raziel was kind enough to have given him a few words to allow communication.  He knew pronouns now or well was already repeating them over and over to not forget them.  The alpha also taught him some basics to be able to function, which improved his daily life.  He was going without aim when he saw the beta, Scarlett slide down the hill.  He ran to her , worried.  His ears back  and sniffing her collar to ask if she was okay.

Scarlett had not realized that Andrei had seen her stumble. Her red eyes blinked up when she saw his frame above her. The female felt some embarrassment flush through her. It was weird to have her belly exposed to him. But she knew he meant well by his gestures. The female jumped to her feet and shook out her fur. "I'm good," she spoke. "Clumsy..,' she muttered and then looked at the male with her big warm red eyes. She smiled, happy to see that he was still around. It did her well to know that. Raziel had accepted him too then. The female nudged him with her nose, saying thank you.

Andrei took a step back, giving the beta some space.  He listened to her.  Good , he knew what that meant.  The clumsy not so much and you could just see that on his expression.  He remained there next to her, a little awkward , mostly because he wasn't sure what to do now with himself.  He smiled at the female when she nudged him and  had an idea.  He went down on his forelegs and waved his leg.  "Play ? " he asked with a thick accent.  There was no harm in playing, even when you were an adult wolf.  He had connected pretty well with Desna that way.

Scarlett looked at the wolf before her, feeling her embarrassment slowly go away. The female instantly got that the male wanted to play even without him asking verbally. She sank through her front paws too and wiggled her butt. It had been a long time since she played so the female was rather eager to show her playful nature. She jumped from side to side, trying to get a game of tag going. She then hopped forward and jumped the pale male lightly, tagging him before she jumped away again and tried to run a few paces to see if he was following and trying to catch her.
