For @Adelina <3

Farther and farther he traveled. He was lucky to scare off a fox away from its cache. Only one thing on his mind now: Pack. He could never survive long enough without one, he knew this. It wasn't important that there would most likely be a language block between them. Survival was the top priority for a wolf. They don't get anything they want served on a platter. They needed to work for it, and Durwin was hard at work catching fish.

He stood over the creek, eyes watching for any movement in the depths. Hopefully there would be fish at this time of month? Certainly not. Instead there was a brown shape in the waters. Otter. He followed it for awhile until he leaped in the water, catching its neck inbetween his sharp teeth. It failed, and landed its own teeth in his shoulder. But he would not let go. He dug its face into the ground, and waited until the life drained from it.

When it died, he lifted up and examined his shoulder. It stung like a bitch. It made him hiss with pain. "Animal prost!" He cursed before laying down and licking the wound.

QIt was fortunate to have both swamps and a creek in or nearby the territory. They proved useful for both her garden and their food source. While Adelina enjoyed the deer and other four legged creatures she could feast on, today the woman had an unusual craving for fish. Knowing that there was a creek just outside the territory, the wolfess set off to test her luck in catching some of the aquatic animals. It took a few good minutes to reach the creek, but upon arrival she was found standing before a male, one who appeared injured.

While she was usually one to go out of her way and help a packmate, a stranger was a completely different story. The idea of helping the male never came to the woman's mind but instead her fur bristled and her lips pulled back to reveal her teeth. A growl rumbled within the female's chest as she watched the male lick his wound. He was to close to Blackfeather for her liking and as far as Adelina was concerned, he was only a threat. Perhaps if the pack would not have been completely full she would have approached the male with a more reasonable posture, but there was simply nothing here for him.

Her eyes narrowed at the male, and then flickered to the lifeless otter beside him. She knew well enough not to get between a wolf and it's meal and would have politely asked the male to move along, but today she was in no mood to have a civilized conversation. She approached him confidently, tail upright and slightly curled over her back it a display of dominance. Maybe, just maybe if the stranger played his cards right he could walk out of here with both his meal and his life.

When he heard the growling of another, he immediately went into protective mode. He turned around, teeth bared and growling with rage. He had thought this female had come to take his meal. Well, it wouldn't be that easy. "Retrag doamnă! A mea!"

He stood his ground, muscles tense and ready to fight. He had been taught to always let your attacker strike first. Study them. Find a weakness. Then strike. His eyes locked on to the collar around her neck. If he could pull at that thing he may be able to choke her.

The male's reaction caused the wolfess to immediately take a step towards him. She didn't have strong muscles, and certainly didn't have much speed going for her however Adelina knew it was about technique. The smallest and weakest of wolves could conquer those mightier than them simply on how they went about the situation.

Despite not having the natural physical expectations of being a warrior, Adelina had the advantage over the male. He seemed to be a lonewolf judging by scent, and his appearance only supported her case. He wasn't his strongest, and the wolfess had faith she could easily send the male running off tail between his legs. If things would go wrong for the female she could easily call for her pack, but either way it wasn't looking to bright for the stranger.

The woman took another step towards the male, testing him. He was her prey. She would get as close as she could then when the other least expected it she would go for the kill.

Wanna do best of 5 spar?

His tail twitched as she came closer. In this case, she was the lion and he was the deer, but still he stood his ground. He growled louder. He kept his head down and made himself bigger. If this women wanted a fight she would get it, but he would not attack her until she made the first move.

He got himself ready to dodge out of her way. The male wanted to teach her a lesson. To be fair, she was in better condition, but he may have more brains than her and more strength. All he had to do was keep her in his sight, make sure she did not slither her way to his throat.

Her growl became louder when the male only stood his ground and provoked her more. She was furious and had never been good with keeping her temper under control. He lowered his head preventing her from going after his lower neck or legs. Adelina would waste no more time on the stranger.

She launched herself at the male with no particular target in mind. She snapped at him in hopes of catching some flesh and causing damage. The female didn't want to seriously injure him but instead just harm him enough to send him away. He wasn't welcome here and she wanted to make that very clear.

Roll: 7 Missed hit 0/5

Right at that moment the Blackfeather girl rushed him. He tried to dodge the teeth like intended,  but instead got bit on his had shoulder. He gritted his teeth as more pain shot through the wound.

He used his strength to fling Adelina off his shoulder, and was quick to aim for that weird collar. He needed to tug at it and attempt to choke her.
