Tour? @Sebastian, slight PP, can edit if you mind, and maybe @Alduin too.

Romulus was not the kind of wolf to stay in one place for too long. He grew agitated and the urge to run free and explore was too strong for him to resist. So after his meal of seal meat and blubber, he decided not to stick around yet and to do a bit of exploring around this area by himself before meeting up with his new companion. The Roman told Sebastian that he would do a bit of traveling around this area before journeying to the cliffs that Seb and his mate wanted to settle in. The charcoal tank told him the description of the area and approximately where it was located.

Romulus then departed and began to wander aimlessly. He kept journeying north but was met with nothing really interesting. Just thick woodland and the normal creatures you would expect to find in a forest. Having just fed, he wasn't really hungry but to practice his hunting skills, he decided to hunt for a bit before going back. At the edge of the forest, he managed to catch two rabbits. Happy with his catch, Romulus began traveling back and by the afternoon of the next day, he managed to find the place where hopefully, Sebastian was.

There was slight snow but it didn't bother Romulus too much; he loved snow. Usually, he would be playing, digging and rolling around in snow but right now, he was keen on exploring the place. He wasn't sure if the pack would form, but it provided a good distraction from winter and after being alone for so long...well, wolves were social creatures: he longed for company. And if it formed....then, it was a bonus for the silver prince.

Yep! And it is @Aduin :P

Sebastian was pleased that they had a new recruit. He felt that the young male could definitely grow amongst their ranks. That was if they would even start a pack in the first place. Sebastian wasn't sure if he wanted to do this without Haven. It was quite tough now during the winter. Sebastian was more in the Northern part of the cliffs. It didn't take long for him to pick upon Romulus scent. He trotted in his direction. A soft howl he notified the other that he was coming.

He also wanted Aduin to meet Romulus. The nervous male took his time to adjust to someone but when he did he would do everything for that said wolf. Sebastian noticed this more each day. Especially now his sisters were missing or still away. Sebastian howled for Aduin, so he would hopefully come out of hiding. Sebastian trotted up to Romulus. "Welcome,' he spoke with a hint of a smile. They had quite a big territory and nothing was all alike. They had quite some different pieces of lands, the cliffs, open fields and the woods.

Aduin heard his calling. He had found shelter in a mound, shelter he had made himself. After much digging. It was a tight fit, and much time had been consumed trying to fit into the tight space. But it was Sebastian who had called. Were the caller someone else, except his sisters, he would not have answered.

He didn't call ahead, and after a slow journey to Seb, he found him. With another wolf. At first, he was overjoyed, thinking it was Haven or Maja, or someone with news of them. But when he saw it was someone he had never seen, he fell to his belly, with a sad look. He did not bother with a greeting, and just looked glumly at Seb.

A soft howl rang through the cool air, causing Romulus to lift his head from the snow and prick his ears. He tilted his head ever so slightly until the call ended. Sebastian was coming. The youth lifted his shoulders in a shrug and continued to snuffle the snow with his silvery gray muzzle, enjoying the feeling of the cool, white flakes against his fur. Even though he was a yearling, Rom still felt very much like a pup when he wanted to and he didn't feel like there was anything wrong with it. Just because he became a year old didn't mean he had to automatically mature up and act like old men. He was pretty sure that wasn't how it worked.

Another howl went up in the air and Romulus rose from his spot once more, ears twitching to catch the noise. Noticing it wasn't for him, he dipped his crown and went back to work once more, only lifting his head when the older gray tank finally arrived. Twitching his nose and sneezing slightly, he shook his silver pelt free of snow and greeted Sebastian with a friendly bump to the shoulder. "Nice place you got here," Rom told the man, examining the cliffs with his bi-colored eyes. "Glad you found it."

Then another wolf arrived and Romulus turned on his heels to face the newcomer, head canted ever so slightly as he waited for an introduction from the new male. At first, the guy seemed overjoyed but when he saw that it was simply Romulus, he fell to his belly, a sad look on his face and looked at Seb. Now Romulus didn't claim to be the most respect-demanding wolf in the world, but he was offended that this male here didn't even seem to want to greet his new potential packmate. Rom didn't care that he was sad, because even if one was sad, they should at least make an effort.

Romulus advanced, "Well someone's sad," he commented unfeelingly, locking his intense gaze onto the other wolf's brown eyes. He squared his shoulders but made no other move towards the newcomer, keeping a good two feet between them. There was a glint of barely contained dastardly amusement in Romulus's eyes but he reined in it and let Sebastian take hold. He was by no means a wolf that blindingly followed another, but not wanting to ruin the chance of joining a pack, he refrained from the snarky, unsympathetic comments and allowed the more mature wolf to take hold.

Sebastian was pleased that Rom seemed pleased with the area. He nodded excitedly. "I'm glad that you found us!," he stated in return. Sebastian kind of wanted to start this pack but now they were only with three. He really needed Haven to return. His mind was distracted when Aduin came when called. Oh good! At least he was still around. But Aduin wouldn't be Aduin if he wasn't going to react scared or sad. Sebastian felt for him, because what Aduin displayed was what he was feeling. He wished he could lay down like that.

"Be nice," he spoke under his breath. "He can't help it, he is quite nervous and scared without his family. As you know he lost his two sisters... again. Long story," he explained quickly. Sebastian trotted towards Aduin and nudged him. "C'mon buddy. Up to your feet," he spoke with a cheery tone. Sebastian tried to be cheery and good. He liked Aduin. The feverous male wasn't all bad. They were an amazing team when hunting. Sebastian nudged the male, trying to get him at least in a sitting position.

"This is Romulus. He wants to join our pack, he should at least meet you!," he spoke. Aduin also could get adjusted to him, a tank of a grey male, so Sebastian was sure that eventually Aduin would warm up to Romulus. "Maybe he can also help to find Haven and Maja," Sebastian offered then. "We have an extra set of eyes now. I'm sure you will like him. Just like you like me too now," Sebastian encouraged.

Upon Aduin's arrival, the new face made a remark that set something off in him. He met the gaze with one of his own, letting a low growl escape his inner self. Only to look away just as quickly, shocked at himself. He suddenly didn't feel himself. He had grumbled at others, and, in a nervous manner, shouted defiantly. But never had he growled with such hostility. However, he made no effort to apologize, as he was just too shocked at himself, his eyes wide and his breath being suddenly cut short.

He sent a graceful smile to Sebastian. The larger wolf really was turning out like a big brother. And he liked the idea of that. Especially since he may not see his blood brother again. How he stuck up for him. The nervous wreck he was, filled with depression. A slight swish of his tail came as if to say 'thank you'.

Now, he was reluctant. All four legs were tired, exhausted from rarely being used in recent days. Yet, he pushed on them, like he was being levered up but an invisible force. And then, he finally greeted the other with a nod. He would have to learn to trust the other. But after hearing that they could help, he shared a little sense of a smile to the other. And introduced himself. "I'm A-Aduin" he stuttered, before shying his face away to the side, his tail hanging low.

Truthfully, Romulus was rather surprised that Aduin retaliated but he showed none of that. Instead, he narrowed his own gaze and pulled back his black lips, showing knife-sharp fangs for a moment, telling the other wolf that his growl did not scare him, but ignited a challenge in the Roman and if he continued, they would have to fight it out. Thankfully, Aduin looked away quickly, seemingly shocked at himself and with that, Romulus relaxed too. He stopped snarling and straightened himself, observing the scene with light, almost amused eyes and relaxed.

"The strong survive; the weak die," Romulus muttered to Sebastian under his breath in reply to the other wolf's words. "It's not in my nature to be nice," he made sure that Aduin didn't hear, however, and grudgingly shut up after that. Despite his unsympathetic attitude, Rom really didn't like hurting other wolf's feelings if there was no need for it. He was ruthless in battle, but he wasn't needlessly ruthless with his equally skilled and sharp tongue. Rom watched the scene quietly, a small smile playing on his lips the entire time.

When Sebastian introduced him, Romulus took a step forward and inclined his head slightly to the other wolf, quietly waiting for a reaction. The other male stood up and smiled slowly, albeit rather nervously and stuttered an introduction. "Aduin," Romulus tasted the words on his tongue and a dastardly handsome smile touched his lips. "Nice to meet you. I'm Romulus. Sorry for the rough start; I'm sure we just got off the wrong foot." Romulus took another step forward until he was less than a feet away from Aduin. "I have a little brother called Alduin, like you, except with an L. Pretty cool, huh?" he smiled but inside he was thinking about how his little brother would be much braver that Aduin.

Outside however, Romulus remained friendly and bumped his snout into Aduin's shoulder in an amiable manner, tail flicking behind him. "I'm sure we'll get along well enough."

Sebastian casted a disapproving look at Romulus because if that was so then Sebastian would be the one to leave Aduin behind. Sebastian was a very loyal wolf. All he could think about was when he had his shoulder injury and strangers picked him up and helped him home. He was glad he didn't ran into Romulus then. He would stand by Aduin. He had no one. He had lost his family again and Sebastian wouldn't abandon him too. He wasn't like them.

Luckily Romulus didn't give his opinion to Aduin and he was actually nice towards him. Sebastian looked pleased. "That is really cool. Aduin is a good brother," he spoke, for Aduin to hear so he would get a bit of a confidence boost. Sebastian kind of saw him as his little brother now. Aduin was in fact younger than him. Sebastian nodded at Romulus his words. Yes, they would be good friends, if they would stick around in the first place. They hadn't found Haven yet. "Okay lets go and see these lands!," he offered and started to trot off, thinking that the other two would follow him.

Sebastian was unfamiliar with leading. He had a beta position once but he had been so young and it wasn't like he got to do some actual leading. Sebastian just went with it, first going to the cliffs since that was quite impressive to see. The high peaks and the rushing winds. Sebastian was growing fond of them.

Aduin flinched at the other's growling, but only a little jump. Inside, however, he was waiting for an attack. Verbal, or physical. But none came. He felt ashamed to not look back and meet his gaze. Sebastian could never fight all his battles for him. He would have to train. Though, now was not the time for that.

Then, surprisingly, Romulus turned kind, greeting himself after some encouraging words of Seb's. He liked the thought of being a little brother, even though they weren't the exact words. But compared to him, he certainly was little. He cocked his head a little in silent curiosity and wonder as Romulus spoke of a brother he had, his ears perking up. It was funny, hearing a name much alike to his. Since he never really heard many names from others, as they would try to kill him, or he was just too afraid and ran. Looking over Romulus, he could see he was not one to mess with. But he was glad to be on his good side, and the comforting nudge confirmed that there was no tension. On the outside. He formed a small smile.

When Seb began to take the lead, he stood and followed, his legs swaying back and forth in time, thumping against the dirt. He knew where Sebastian was going, just by the direction. He hurried forth so he was just a little behind, yet close enough to whisper. "We should b-be careful up there. Big w-winds." He looked back to Romulus. He had an aspiration after meeting this new wolf. From his words alone. With a nod, he gave a silent 'thank you'. "Also..." he paused, unsure how to go on. "When we get the time, can you..t-train me?" he asked sheepishly, almost embarrassed he needed to be trained to fight at his age.

Out of the corner of his eye, Romulus caught the charcoal tank's disapproving look which caused the barest hint of a smirk to flit across his features. He cared not for the other wolf's approval; Rom might have sworn allegiance to Sebastian but he would still have to earn his respect and besides, even if he respected him, he still wouldn't care for anyone's approval or permission. To the Roman, he was his own man, he belonged to no one but himself and while he was loyal to his pack, he was perhaps, more loyal to himself and his loved ones. The only approval he needed was from his father and himself, no one else.

The smirk grew wider when he noticed the stranger's flinch but it quickly vanished. He was amused, but he found no need to rub salt in the wound when the wound was already wide open and raw, bleeding profusely. No. Romulus might tease others to the brink of crying or maybe sometimes, over the brink of crying but he found no need to earn himself an enemy, no matter how weak they might be. Friends, allies even acquaintances were better than an enemy and even if he might deem a wolf weak or useless, or Romulus simply didn't like them, he would still tolerate them and pretend to like them for the sake of surviving and making life a lot easier.

As the yearling talked, Romulus noticed the other wolf cocking his head in curiousity, losing some of his initial nervousness and adopting a look of almost childlike wonder. His wide, devilish yet friendly grin grew wider as he nudged the other wolf in an amiable manner. By now, Aduin should probably now the Roman was not someone he should mess with, even though he had only turned a year old. If he didn't, soon he would learn but as long as he did not provoke Rom, the nervous male would be safe from his wrath and sharp tongue and was on his neutral/good side. He smiled gently back in response to Aduin's small smile.

Then Sebastian moved off and Aduin followed closely until he was only a little behind. Romulus didn't like following, his fierce independence getting in the way but he moved forward behind them in a generally casual and relaxed manner. Head high, shoulders square and tail held in a neutral manner. Silver ears swiveled forward and he cocked his head in an inquisitive manner when Aduin looked back at him and nodded, as if thanking him. He tilted his head, confused for a moment before understanding and flashing the nervous male one of his charmingly dastardly handsome smiles.

Then the male spoke, and Romulus heard him. Aduin asked if 'he' could train him but Rom didn't know whether he was addressing Sebastian or himself so he remained silent. He found it weird that a wolf of his age needed to learn how to fight, but he did not comment. Some wolves were naturally weaker than others; it was their personality. Rom was lucky; he had the genes of heroes and warriors, it was natural for him to be aggressive and fight for his place in the pack. Some were bred to be omegas, but that didn't mean they shouldn't know how to defend himself.

If Aduin wanted Rom to train him, the Roman would help, perhaps because he liked the dark furred wolf, but mostly because he felt that nature and the gods would want him to, to even the odds out a bit, if not much.

Last round from here? Fade after Rom's post?

Sebastian nodded, taking little notice of what went through Aduin's head. He stepped forward towards the cliffs. Sebastian always liked mountains and cliffs, there high peaks weren't ones that a wolf could climb, but they could get to a certain height between the peaks. The heavy set male was sure footed and knew where to go. But he did take caution with Aduin's words because the male had been right. Sebastian looked up from his focus when Aduin asked that question. Sebastian looked at Romulus for a moment, not sure which of the two males Aduin meant. Since Romulus didn't reply Sebastian did; "Of course, Aduin!," he returned. Sebastian didn't look up at all. He figured that Aduin had no fighting skills but that he wanted to learn was a big step. Sebastian could admire that.

He showed part of the cliffs to Romulus, watching the wild sea below them. He didn't feel like ending up in there. It gave him shivers over his spine. Sebastian then showed the rest of the lands, the forest with the river they could use as a border. And of course back to the north close to the beach Sebastian met Romulus. Hopefully Haven would return and they could start a pack, yet, if she didn't return by next week Sebastian was going to make decisions about his future not involving Haven or his own pack.

I'm up for it

Aduin smiled eagerly at his Sebastian, his big brother figure. Never did he know anyone besides family that had ever been so kind to him. He felt safe around him. His tail began wagging around, his ears perked up. Glancing behind, he could only think if Romulus would turn out the same. Three males, strolling about. Brothers, not by blood. But by emotional attachment. Of course, it would only depend if he was to stay.

Aduin looked over the cliff edge, into the water below. It scared him to see the jagged rocks below, only imagining the fall down. Gulls fly through the sky, cawing continuously. Waves crash below against the rock. The sounds are certainly better than the crackling of fire. If only his sisters would return soon, so they could live here.

Romulus watched quietly from behind them, observing their easygoing relationship, the way they interacted with each other. Like brothers, he realised and a pang of sadness and guilt stabbed him in the heart as he remembered his siblings. There was Julius, his big, strong, clumsy and completely lovable white furred brother. Oh, how he missed Jules. Then there was Relonikiv; Niki as he remembered him. Small and the runt, but his personality made up for it and his smile. Romulus...no Trajan wanted to see it again. Then there was his sister Durnehviir whom he loved very much. For a moment, Rom stopped in his tracks, lost in nostalgic, wistful thoughts of his brothers and sister and his eventful childhood.

He shook himself out of those thoughts and concentrated on the road ahead. It did no good to no one to dwell on the pass when there was no way he could change it. Not that he would change his decision to go with his father, but perhaps he would be able to persuade them to go with him. Stop it, Trajan. This ain't worth it. You're older now; you've got to live your own life and learn to let them go. "I know," he whispered to himself, "but I can't."

Rom moved forward until he was beside them and stared at the view, a small, melancholic smile gracing his features as he thought of his new start. New start. It sounded good.
