Horizon Ridge our heart beats becoming slow

AW. Feel like its nearing time for Njal to leave Saltwater... But we'll see. This is at the eastern edge of Horizon Ridge, still on the fields.

It seemed like an ill time to be departing the shore. He was not devoted to Vlad or his group of wastrels, and was less inclined to linger if there was talk of battle on the horizon. He had given it some thought since the impromptu announcement - and while part of Njal wanted a good fight, he knew in his heart that he was not in peak form. To put it bluntly, he was too old for this shit. In an effort to clear his mind, he chose to hike up the dike until the sand gave way to grass, and then seemed to keep moving. He wandered through the Barrow Fields with the thought of finding something to eat - but after a few hours of cursory examination, he could find no sign of herds or small game. His wandering led him further west, until the mountains caught his trajectory, and he was left milling about at the base of a steep ridge.

Kelina was wandering by, after meeting Vlad and the pack of saltwinter - she was waiting to see if she would be accepted. For now, she decided to hang around, perhaps do a bit of hunting, to hopefully get a better understanding of this part of the Teekon Wilds. She padded along, her paws walking across the rocky ground like it was soft dirt. She soon smelled another wolf nearby. A male, his scent was similar to the SaltWinter's, perhaps he had come from there? She tried to be above the wolf, watching to see if she could work out who the wolf was. She balanced along the edge of a pretty low ridge, but high enough that she would hopefully not be seen. It was going well at first, she peered down at him, curiously. But then she tripped on a large stone, sending tumbling down towards the stranger. Surely he must hear/see it? Her heart pounded in her chest. Was this a hostile or friendly wolf?
