Tagging all pack members of the soon to be Seadog Sanctuary, this is the last thread needed and we'll have our own pack! This is a discovery thread, and it'd be great to keep it as short as possible so we can get the pack started, no need to reply if you don't want to, but it's encouraged! @Sen @Dura @Lyric Willow @Rain Willow @Coeus

Depp and Sen had decided move, instead of fight against Sleeping Dragon. They weren't even created a pack yet, no need to go make enemies with stronger, older ones, besides if they were to take Broken Boulder much of the prey would be headed a different direction because of their scent, forcing the—or two other packs—to starve. So, it was decided to move onto Firefly Ravine, which was just as fit, when he had arrived the sky was covered with a blanket of darkness, and spring was finally arriving, it being the perfect time to come across this land. Flowers were blooming in his path, and with nothing but the light of the moon illuminating the area, firefly's were illuminated and danced without a care. He hid an approving smile of the places beauty, but he had hope in this place. This was the end of his attempt to build a pack, and now the beginning of Seadog.

He gave a short, but loud howl, announcing to his other members this was to be their new home, unless they were to leave for some self reason. The dark wolf would shrug it off soon after, he had gotten this far, he could surely go farther.

Her ears twitched as she heard the call, they had done it. They had actually gathered a pack. Dura had had her doubts but she was honestly glad that she had been proven wrong.

She followed the howl which she now recognized as Depp's and stopped a few feet away from him. Under the cover of night it was harder to see him with his dark fur but her own ebony coat was no better.

She howled alongside him in the claim of the land. Her voice mixed with his and for the first time she experienced what it felt like to have a pack.

Well then.. One moment he's a starving newcomer and now he was nearly in a pack... Though he didn't know the name... Complications for later.

Whatever the packs name was, they had a potential member in Coeus... As far as howling, he wasn't much of a howler... At all.. Whenever his old pack conquered a new land they got straight to work... Though this was a welcomed change of pace. He lied down under a tree, "Much to do..."

Walking over to join the group. Lyric lifted her head grandly and howled along with the others. It had been so very long since she had howled with her fellow wolves, it felt amazing, if it were possible, tears would be streaming down her fur in happiness.
Finally...
Her and daughter were safe.

Bewildered by the crowd of wolves, Rain was apprehensive at first. Never before she had joined in a howl, Her mother beckoned her over comfortingly. Soothed by the gesture Rain straightened her back and attempted her first howl.
Although high pitched and puny, it was the thought that really mattered.
She had a home.

A change of venue had been necessary, the idea of charging into battle far from appealing. She'd much rather settle somewhere calm, somewhat secluded... basically, a place she could poke around in and outside of without question. A place that, at the end of the day when the curtain had fallen before all of her acts, she could rest her weary self and worry not of being bothered. It was neither too much nor too little to ask for, teetering just within the middle of everything; not quite the same as her usual wants, but not any less sought, either. They had found a place similar to that which she'd imagined within her mind and, though it was not identical to the criteria she'd wished to meet, it was to be their home.

Depp had howled in order to announce their presence there, to call forth all those who'd chosen to follow them so that they would be aware that the ravine was to belong to them. Several other howls sprung up around them, joining in chorus with the soon-to-be leader, but none of those voices belonged to Sen. The woman had remained quiet, simply observing the others and stealing glances at the surrounding land. It was not their time to claim it, they were yet to be ready—this was something she was well aware of, and was also the cause behind her silence. Only when they were to officiate their stay would she allow for her voice to lift with the winds, but until then, silence was to be her true friend.
Notice: Sen's actions and words do not, in any way, reflect my OOC opinion.
