All Welcome
-- @Deirdre pls? <3 --

Aria sits in the garden that was once full and plenty-- the one shed planted with Eilidh and Deirdre all those months ago. Her heart aches with guilt, feeling she was too harsh on the Mayfair girl-- maybe she deserved it, but she was young still. After a long breathe, she tilts her head back, hoping that the girl would come.

i may be a bit slow w this thread bc i dont know how the connie/doe/whoever might enter that thread will go!!! so a bit vague in this post >_> assuming the rowan stuff occurs after!

deirdre, not too terribly tired from the sojourn she had taken with her brother, reflected on all that transpired. when aria called, she put it to the back of her mind; she presumed the woman might have another thing to ask of her. while she had been hurt by the tone aria had taken with her when asking of her healing, deirdre did not think herself blameless of everything; she had meant to speak with the woman and osprey both of the neighbors, and had desired to meet with them altogether. for the moment, all was smoothed over, although she was not sure how long this would last for. did aria truly not welcome the wolves that sought to live alongside them? did aria think this mattered? for deirdre, even with all her power and all of her potential, understood that she could not fight against wolves born and bred to be warriors--and they had decided, perhaps even long before they had even met. and so, she was simply herself.

as deirdre came upon the scene, she looked upon aria and studied her for a moment. the alpha seemed tired, though by what she was not truly sure. she did not know how much the january woman had on her mind and all that weighed on her shoulders. i did not mean to burden you so, she murmured softly, unsure if aria would welcome her affections or if she had fallen from her place in her heart. aria remained in her own, and it was revealed in her soft, warm gaze. for aria was important and dear to her.

-- no worries <3 my timeline is def wonky. I'd say this was before the Rowan thing, so both she and Constantine are welcome to join at any time :p --

Deirdre arrives, and she is kindhearted as always. Aria lets out a soft sigh as the girl apologizes, leaning forward to nudge the girls shoulder. "I cannot blame you for wanting to help others-- and it is so noble of you for doing so. I am sorry for asking you to bring the gray woman back, I should have escorted her myself. I hope you can forgive my anger," she says, looking to Deirdre with a warm smile. She feels strange asking forgiveness from her-- she is still a pup-- but she knows it is the right thing to do. "I am not happy with them settling so close with us, still, but I'd like for you to tell me everything you meant to before."
