All Welcome
@Menta maybe?

It isn’t certain how long Ukko has been sitting in the same spot. The last thing coherent thought is when he’d sat down, feeling a wave of nausea hit his stomach. He’d come to a stop, sitting down near the center where the sky opens up before him. It probably wasn’t the best of ideas, either, as his neck has begun to hurt from holding his head so high for so long. He is suddenly aware of how dry his eyes feel and he blinks a few times to try and soothe the new burning sensation.

It takes several blinks to, once more, forget the feeling.

Ukko shifts, his mouth going dry and he smacks his lips a few times in an attempt to resolve it but he ends up short anyway. He thinks his meal might return and perhaps for the best, the twisting he feels makes him want nothing but to vomit, but he’d been too hungry and scarfed down the kill from a cache that had probably been there too long. The growths around the cache and the meat itself hadn’t really been noticed or considered when he’d eaten it but in a hazy sort of state, isn’t sure what to do.

His front legs bend awkwardly and he’s soon on the ground in a puddle of misplaced limbs, turning until he’s on his side, and glaring up at the sky. A wonderful swirl of colors that fade from bright blue to dark purple that, the longer he stares, begin to fade off into waves of dark blue rolling across the cavern’s window like the ocean. His orange eyes widen and he tries to scrambles to pick himself back up but that’s when he realizes he doesn’t know how to work his legs anymore.

So this was the Shogun that Asterr had chosen, this puddle of a wolf at Menta's doorstep.

The cream wolf wasn't sure how to feel about the presence of a new authority figure - conflicted was probably an understatement. She had been taught that leaders never made mistakes, that everything that they did was a sacrifice in the best interest of the pack, but Menta still couldn't shake the uneasy feeling about this newest wolf. It was too much, too soon - the cream had only the strongest of feelings of allegiance to Asterr within a few months of living here, but that promise had been consciously made from the beginning. The dark wolf had been open, easy to reach for guidance and advice about the area, and this new wolf..

He was a stranger, and seemed to want to keep himself that way. Asterr's shadow that had followed her home and revealed nothing with those flashing orange eyes. When Menta came upon him, she hesitated even making her presence known - if he did not seem to want to interact with her or her packmates, she did not know why he would now. But his actions were offputting even for that, the dark male a liquid on the ground with his eyes fixated dully on the sky above him.

Menta took a few cautious and loud steps towards him; the cream wolf was still several feet away from the Shogun, but she wanted her presence known. Hello, she called plainly on her low voice after clearing her throat, eyes and ears paying close attention.

Ukko lays there indefinitely. He doesn’t even see Menta approach. He’s only focused on his legs for a moment, trying to get them to move, that even when she comes and stands in front of him (albeit several yards away), he doesn’t even notice. If he could just move one leg, he will be convinced he’s fine, but he’s proven so far unable. It’s only when she speaks that his entire body jerks to attention and faster than he anticipates, he’s up in a sphinx-like position with his abdomen oddly tense.

His mouth parts, and waters, and he feels a churn in his stomach. He huffs a few short breaths to try and stop the inevitable but soon everything is spilling out of his mouth faster than he realizes and his mind spins so much that he heaves a second time, spewing whatever might be left in his stomach.

It’s not soon enough to reverse his mental state—he’ll have to ride it out—but in his shock and disregard of the contents of his stomach, he turns to face the golden wolf. Darkened orange eyes widen in surprise as she dances before him, making his stomach turn again and he struggles to keep himself up, vomiting up a little bit more that lingers in his mouth. Unable to taste what’s sitting there, he smacks his lips a few times and tries to shuffle him into a sitting up spot.

“Can you… please stop moving so fast?” he requests, words slurring so much he isn’t sure how clear he is, and glances at her from the corner of his eyes. “Why are you dancing anyway?”
