It's been months since Sollie had been forced to leave her home with her family. A pack of wolves had begun to settle, threatening their livelihood. For a while, she'd remained, but it became apparent they wouldn't survive long with wolves becoming kings of their land. Land hat had been theirs for generations, mostly undisturbed, and now she returns with her sister to see if there's still occupants in their birthplace. Her sister had wandered off somewhere and Sollie doesn't bother to find her right away.
Instead, she remains low in the meadow as she sulks around nearby. She has so many memories with that forest, expecting one day to carry kits of her own and raise them with the rest of her family. Now the most she can hope for is settling somewhere with the rest of the group and attempt to make it home for them all.
