hoping for @Lagan but any of the pups can join! (or anyone at all for that matter!)

If there was one thing she liked, it was being around pups. Well, for the most part, since they were unpredictable ninenty-nine percent of the time. Sasha tried to recall any of their names, but none could come to mind. Instead, she called out softly for any of the pups, hoping they would come to meet her. She was fond of them, but had never even met the pups in her own pack! Hopefully today would be the day that she could introduce herself to one of the balls of fluff, or get to know them better.

Since the Blackthorn's had moved dens they were a bit closer to the rendezvous point, and Lagan loved it. At first he'd hated the idea of moving, being a strong advocate against change. But it turned out their new home was way nicer. Sunnier, with more foliage, and more space. Plus he didn't have to stray too far away to find other wolves in their pack. Today, one seemed to be calling for him. He was cautious, but was interested in meeting her. He trusted that anyone this far into the territory was ok, Uncle P wouldn't let any monsters near his nephews and nieces.

Soon he saw her. A big brown wolf with wooly fur. She looked so fluffy. All he wanted was to play in her fur, make some wool angels. What was she? Obviously not like him or his family. He'd never seen a brown wolf before, so he was very intrigued. Forgetting his caution, Tiarnach bounded from his hiding place and plopped his booty down in front of Sasha, staring up at her with his big apple green eyes. What're thuppothed to be? He lisped, with a clearly confused expression on his face.

As soon as he saw her, she saw him. An adorable ball of soft grey fluff, waddling over to her as fast as he could carry himself on his short, stubby legs. It really was a sight. So much for caution, at least on his behalf. The pup seemed ever so eager to investigate, and Sasha couldn't help but offer a warm smile.

He opened his mouth, and Sasha didn't know why she was expecting a clear sentence from him. What're thuppothed to be? She forgot about that part. Speaking with adults was already a challenge for the non-native speaker, so the garbled speech of a pup was even more difficult to understand. "What are...thuppothed to be..?" she said mostly to herself, trying to figure out what that meant. She noticed his stare and confused expression. It almost seemed as if he didn't even know what she was. Oh, wait, maybe he didn't know.

"I'm a wolf, and my name is Sasha," she responded, deciding not to express the concerned feeling that she could not be recognized as a wolf. Did she look that dramatically different, or was everything seen "dramatically" from the eyes of a pup? She decided to go with the latter for her own peace of mind, returning his gaze with a smile.

The big 'wolf' (yeah right) smiled, which made Lagan a bit less frightened. He knew of course that monsters didn't smile! It would be silly and misleading if they did. No so this girl thing must be a friend. She repeated his sentence, and he wasn't sure why, but soon forgot when she introduced herself. Thatha! That'h hard to thay. He repeated her name sadly. Ever since he's began learning how to talk, he'd developed a crippling lisp. Not knowing that this Sasha was from another place, and even if he did he couldn't do a thing about it, this conversation would be very confusing.

The chubby cheeked pup, glanced around the small clearing for something to play with. Surely Sasha would play. She seemed like the playing type. Seeing a small rock, the silvery gray fluff ball bounced from where he sat and smacked the rock towards the big brown girl. With a huge toothless smile, Lagan barked You play? He said, referring to kicking around the rock.

She chuckled, listening to the pup as he tried to pronounce her name. It was a valient attempt, but unfortunately Thatha seemed to be as close as he could get. Nevermind trying to get him to pronounce her last name -- that would be a lost cause. Likewise, she had picked up on his lisp, something unfortunate but still somehow added to his charm.

She watched as the bumble of fur bounced off to find a rock. He asked if she played, and well, she couldn't say no to that toothless grin. "Yes, I love to play," she smiled, glancing at the rock.

Lagan nodded his head eagerly when she said she loved to play. Perfect! Just as he'd hoped, Sasha would make a great play mate. All of his fear was gone now, and a desire to play took its place. With a giggle he nudged at the rock, flinging it at Sasha. It landed in her chest fur, sticking there in the mass of brown. Watching eyes wide as it swung back and forth in the curly hair, Lagan's at first concerned face contorted into a huge smile. He burst out laughing, rolling over onto his side. Thtuck! Ma rock ith tuck! He exclaimed, expecting Sasha to be just as excited about this phenomenal event.

She felt an impact, assuming the rock had been chucked in her direction and somehow gotten stuck in her fur. It wasn't too big of a deal, but Lagan seemed to be losing it -- rolling on his side, laughing and grinning. Mentally, she caught on to how he worked. He was fun, simply stated, as most pups were. Sasha smiled, rolling on her back dramatically. "I cannot get the rock out of my fur, only a brave, handsome young man can retrieve it," she said, a playful glint in her eye. She looked ridiculous, like a large, curly mass of fur laying on the ground with the occasional roll. It was quite the spectacle, but Lagan seemed like he would find it funny. As long as she kept him happy, it would make her time with him much more enjoyable.

Sorry for the wait mah guy ;)

Lagan was laughing really hard, because what was funnier than his rock getting stuck in her fur? But when she rolled over, asking for help, he got a bit worried. Lagan loved rough housing with his siblings. Laughing at people, you know that kind of thing. But he was also very sensitive. He would never hurt anyone intentionally. He wanted to take care of people not hurt them! So when she rolled over dramatically, he thought that he'd hurt her. He frowned sadly, and frantically ran to her side. She said only a brave and handsome young man could help her. Where could he find one of those?

Thatha I'm thorry! I dunno many handthome men! Thould I get mah big brother? He said shyly, giving her a sad look. He wasn't acquainted with this kind of play. Or sarcasm. So he just shuffled his little white paws, anxiously looking at the rock.

Lagan's expression didn't brighten like she had hoped it would -- instead, he scrambled over, blabbering about something. She made an effort to understand him, picking up on what he was trying to say. It seemed as if her joke didn't get across to him at all, so she stood up, indicating she was ok. "No, silly! You are handsome man," she smiled, shaking the rock out of her fur.

She sat down, giving him another warm smile. Now that the "dangerous rock" was out of her fur, it was likely the pup expected yet another activity to entertain him. She thought hard, not knowing much of what this pup liked to do and what he didn't like at all. She decided to take the safe route and ask him instead.

"What do you like to do?" she said simply, waiting for him to give her an idea.
