All Welcome
@Merrigan, I hope this location works for you?

Lagan was taking a round route back home. He'd spent the night in a small glen in the mountain range and it was the next morning, bright and sunny. He'd found his way to a huge lake, bigger than any pond he'd ever seen back at the Caldera. It intrigued him, and he stood at the edge contemplating whether or not to swim. There were pros, and there were cons. Pros; it would be lit, he would get cooled down, mostly it would be lit. Cons; he would get soaked, and seeing as it was a windy day he would get cold, he would have to groom himself afterwards, there was kelp in the lake surely and he didn't want that on him.

Finally he decided to screw it and jump in. He backed up, wriggled his butt and jumped in with a huge splash. He yelped and laughed at the same time, with excitement and shock at how cold it was. He paddled around the water, splashing and making waves and having himself a good time.

Merrigan had been searching for water for a while, tracking the moisture in the air until she spotted the lake. It was beautiful in the way that it sparkled in the sunlight. The only thing keeping her from going forward was the loud splashing and laughing of a boy playing in the water. Her eyes narrowed as she watched the boy play around, her ears flicking as he backed out and then jumped in again, yelping and laughing even louder than before.

Taking a deep breath she silently strode forward until she was at the waters edge. She chuffed softly to announce her presence so the kid wouldnt think she was stalking him or something, and lowered her muzzle to the water  beginning to lap at the cool liquid. She kept her eyes rolled upward so she could watch him.

Lagan dove under the water, returning to the surface with a big dripping stick in his mouth when he heard a huff. He whipped his head around, surprised for he thought he'd been alone. The stick still in his mouth, he found himself staring at a grey furred woman, standing at the water's edge and lapping at calmly. Her clover leaf eyes were settled on him. They were similar to his, except his eyes had a more yellow apple tone, and were lighter. He dropped the stick, and swam towards her, stopping in the shallows so he could stand and talk to her.

Why are you watching me swim? He asked, then added, You wanna swim too? There's plenty of room, it's a big lake. He said with a smile, his soaking wet tail wagging heavily.
