Big Salmon Lake An eternity of death's head

Without many duties to attend to and a den already situated, Erika decided to simply relax for a while. She heard of a lake south of the mountain called Big Salmon Lake. If names were to be trusted, then the lake did hold some big salmon, a fish she adored. Licking her lips, she trotted off to the body of water, her stomach grumbling slightly.

It took a while, but soon she was there. A large lake, fed by a delta consisting of three streams stemming from the Whitefish River. A splash from near the shallows caught her interest, her ears raising at the sound. Poisson! her tail began to wag with excitement and she approached the lake before something stopped her.

Her reflection.

It was only the tips of her ears, but that caused her to back away. She whined and tucked her tail inbetween her legs in fear of the visage à la mort. It traumatized her when she had first escaped. For nights she had nightmares of the thing she had become. She had gotten over it, but it still haunted her, even if she never saw it.....

Before anyone asks, when she drinks she shuts her eyes, and she usually hunts for fish at night, so she cannot see her reflection. :)
