Asara rolled around on her back staring up at the clear sunny sky. She was absolutely bored out of her little puppy mind and she had had enough of being in the same spot for so long. She quickly jumped to her feet darted towards something blowing in the wind. It was a fair distance from where she and the other pups currently rested, but she just had to chase it.

Lorelai always stuck close to the tunnels, so she was the first to notice young Asara had wandered off. Panic flooding her system, the Mystic rushed after her, nose to the ground as she followed her scent. She luckily found the girl not far off, and she gasped, "Young lady! Don't you know you shouldn't leave the den without an adult?"

Asara had ran as fast as she could, her four paws sunk into the ground as she chased after her query, a leaf. Just as she dove for it one of the adults came into sight. Got it! Shouting to Lorelai with the prize trapped underneath her paw she smiled brightly, and wagging her tail she said, "Look what I caught!"

Lorelai hurried forward anxiously, suspecting perhaps a baby bird, or some type of insect. But no, the girl just had a leaf trapped beneath her paws, and the Mystic gave a soft sigh and a grin, her tail waving slowly. "That's very good! Do you want to bring this back to the den?"

"Yes!" Asara cried excitedly. "I can't wait to show Violante and Vale!" Her whole body wriggled with her excitement. She picked it up in her mouth, and held her head high to show her prize, she took off towards the den.

Lorelai smiled at Asara, secretly glad the girl had agreed to return to the dens with her prize. "I'll tell you what... let's drop this off, and then we can play a game of hide and seek. How does that sound?" She wanted to entertain the girl, but she also wanted to make sure she remained safe.

"Okay Auntie Lorelai, but only if we can play outside!" Asara shouted over her shoulder as she raced to the dens. She knew all the best spots, but Violante always won, she was always so hard to find in the tunnels.

Lorelai giggled, hurrying after her niece. They found a safe spot for her little prize, and then Lorelai ushed Asara off to hide while she counted. Together, the two would play hide and seek until Asara grew tired or bored of it, and Lorelai would lead her back inside, feeling as though she'd done a good job. It was good, to feel useful.
