King Elk Forest Entertain Me

He dozed inside the den with his litter mates, but he had just about had enough. Irritated he yawned and jumped up, purposely kicking out angrily at his nearest sibling @Venere. He needed more space and something to do. He was annoyed at having been cooped up in such a small space for so long. Maybe his sister would be the perfect distraction.

The kick woke Venere, and she growled, opening puppy blue eyes. Her lips curled back as she growled again, and she got to her feet, swaying only a little as she moved to bite him. She had only milk teeth, so could do no real harm, but a nip would still hurt. He deserved it for waking her.

His trick worked. He had been able to wake his sister. He laughed as he stumbled slightly unsteady on his feet. He let out a sharp yelp as her teeth nibbled him. He growled at her then and ran towards her, his own milk teeth ready to retaliate.

Her brother laughed, causing Venere to yip angrily at him. As he ran towards her, she bared her teeth at him. Another growl sounded, shifting into a squeal of pain as his teeth pinched at her side. She recoiled into him, teeth snapping at his face, neck, and ears.

He yelped as her teeth nipped his sensitive ear. He moved away from her shaking his head furiously. Another growl ripping from his throat before he moved to nip at her ear in return. He wasn't having fun anymore, now he hurt, and he wanted her to hurt too.

Her brother's teeth tugged at her ear, eliciting another squeal and a loud growl. She pawed at him with needle-sharp claws, trying to shove him away from her as she aimed yet another bite at him, this time aiming for his face. She was irritated that she'd been woken up, but now she was just plain mad.

Teeth tugged at his jowls, hardly bothering him. He snarled and pulled away from her causing a slight tear it would leave a mark and a small bit of blood trickled into his mouth. He stopped, confused. He rubbed his face into the ground. It was starting to hurt now. He frowned and looked towards his sister with his head tilted.

Kevalin hadn't really been given a real assignment yet, other than the informal ones of keeping the land safe and whatnot. At least he wasn't a literal prisoner in chains or anything crazy like that. He found that she had grown to trust him more frequently, she would either leave him near the den or allow him to do whatever so long as he doesn't leave. I mean he did come back twice of his own accord, did he not? He happened to be lounging outside the whelps' den when he heard a commotion of growls, yelps, and yips. "Seriously, y'all aren't even three weeks old, what the actual fuck?" 

The normal male was seated a few feet away from one of the females, with a bloody lip. Kevalin sighed. "Really guys? You wear yourselves out or do I need to stay in here and supervise you?" He grumbled impatiently, he assumed Vex wouldn't be too surprised given her own volatile nature, or perhaps he would be pissed at him for not doing anything sooner.

Venere felt a bit of flesh tear as Vidaar pulled away from her. She tasted his blood, and she licked her lips curiously. It puzzled her enough that it kept her from attacking again, so the two siblings stared at each other until a much larger adult came, chastising them. Venere bared her teeth in a little snarl, then moved to lay with her still-sleeping sister. She was spent, and had no more anger in her. She did have a new hunger, however — her brother's blood was still strong in her mouth. She'd never tasted anything like it before. She wanted more. Another time. The whelp snuggled up against her sister, and was soon off to sleep.

Vidaar decided that enough had happened today and he was ready for a nap. Besides, with the authority here it wasn't like he could do anything else anyway. He shot Kevalin a quick growl and curl up where he stood and fell asleep.

"Well good night to the both of you too then." Shaking his head Kevalin left the den and decided to remain outside just in case the pups got any other ideas. Are they really going to need a guard, from themselves?" He was exasperated. What on earth had they done to piss each other off? He probably just looked at her the wrong way. He snorted out a laugh at the thought.
