Introducing Player HQ (formerly Community Center) and our new Bulletin Board forum, which consolidates Announcements and the Guidebook! BB is now our news and information touch point between the CMs and the community. Pack Records have been moved into Player HQ. If you're a fan of TL;DRs, this update also includes a handy dandy change log!
Since BB is a read only forum, we ask that you direct any feedback regarding announcements to Contact the Staff. We still welcome your input! We want both members and staff to feel like they can comfortably and constructively address concerns. By moving these conversations to CTS, the CMs can address issues individually and focus on solutions, with less risk of things getting lost in large public discussions. On that note, by all means request a 1-on-1 conversation if that's what's most comfortable for you.
We really want to promote an open dialogue with any feedback pertaining to the game, not just updates. In the spirit of maximizing rapport and minimizing stress for all involved, we have decided to retire the anonymous feedback form. We've only received five submissions since it was introduced a few years back and we weren't able to address them in any capacity due to anonymity, so it wasn't a particularly constructive or practical tool. If you ever have a concern or question about the game, please reach out via CTS or send any one of us a private message.
We hope these changes will make for a smoother and more positive experience for everyone. Speaking of which, stay tuned! We're working on some other minor updates to simplify and streamline things around the site.
