The Shadow Sire was on his third circular route of patroling the dark grounds of the forest. The forest he had come to find comfort in, regarding mood, prey amount, and loyalty. The forest that was rumored to have souls snatched left and right from their rightful owners. Such a horror, the woods in which he, and several other wolves dwelled for home.
His well adored home.
The land was not without surprises, and the Nightmare had just chased a third desperate and feeble wolf from the border of BlackFeather. The cold times had provoked the rangy lupines to scavenge what they could, amd Slade was swift to reprimand them for such efftorts.
The fourth circular orbit around the forest, and soon he began to feel as though the patrol was comming along just dandily.
