looking for an aggresive/friendly spar? ;)
"If I had a heart you're the one who should break it"

A couple of days ago Finn could have sworn that he saw shadows running. Maybe it was a dream or maybe it was a reality; one that would soon draw its dark, ominous cape over the Kintla Flatlands and the packs that lived within it. The strange sightings, or silhouettes that pressed behind the apriring Warrior's eyes did not come alone.
Strange scents of disease and filth laid scattered around the neighbouring areas of the flatlands; and despite it held a certain resemblance to the odor of a wolf it had something distinctive.
It was not wolf, but not a fox either.

It was something that lingered inbetween.
Something that despite being foreign to anything he had ever encoutered still held a certain darknes, a mystery that the silver Delta wasn't sure he wanted to unravel. But that was just his rational side speaking.
This.
This was his daring, fearless side, and it was (as usual) throwing all reason out the window.

With his tail raising over his back in a dominant display, that to be honest felt strange on his body, he steered off his usual patrol route to further lands, his paws unwittingly taking him down a route he had followed once before, when he had met Dante.

Soon, the man found himself running around the slopes of the imposing mountain, which was strangely topped with fresh scents. Finn, oblivious to the mountain's future claiming, strode carelessly through the lower skirts of the moutain. There were no border markings set and the howl to claim the land had not yet been made so his 'trespassing' was entirely unintentional.
He had come to seek answers about the strange scents that lingered around the flatlands, but as he weaved his way deeper into the mountain he began to question now the scents that betrayed the presence of the former Plateu-Caldera wolf and his small crew.

Fitz to the charge!

It was a hard thing to set up your own pack. The borders were almost ready, with a few gaps and the founding howl would be ready to go. FitzDutiful was in the middle of checking those gaps when a plateau wolf crossed over in one such area.

Charging after him, Fitz followed, racing to overtake the plateau wolf. THe wolf in questioned looked like Finley. If he hadn't got to know Finley so well and knew of the one that had troubled her so he wouldn't have a name to call this one by. "These lands now belong to me and mine. Leave Finn."

His body language displayed signs of anger, and a readiness to attack if things did not go the way he had planned. For now, however. He watched. Maybe calling the Finley double out by name would cause the male to stop in his tracks. After all, it was unlikely that Finn remembered FitzDutiful from the plateau.

Jumping in for a possible warden thread!

Patrolling the boarders quickly became boring again for the midnight wolfess. She hadn't really seen anything interesting since settling in the mountian but today was her lucky day. Bindi's sensitive nose quickly picked up the strange scent and she began tracking it.

She came across a silver male and her tail immediately rose above her backside, identical to the male's own tail. Since he was not one of her own, she would hold nothing back in her rude remarks. She didn't even hold back for her own pack, she certainly wouldn't be polite to him.

She wondered why he was there, was he a friend of Fitz, and if not what the hell did he want? She kept her eyes peeled on him making sure he wouldn't try to advance any further, and was scanning him to find any weak spots on his body. Then out of no where Fitz appeared and told the male to leave, but he knew him by name, so obviously they met before. She watched from a distance keeping low to the ground, eyes now watching both males.

Unaware that he was strolling right on one of his former packmate's own yard the Ollivander went on, the thought of maybe even hunting in the area crossing his mind before he was brusquely interrupted by the sharp barks of another wolf. With his head swinging to meet te approaching form of Fitz he allowed his tail to straighten behind him; a gesture of alertness and caution towards the male, who depsite having definitely seen before, remained to be a face with no name.

He noted the hostility written inbetween the male's gestures and it was with equal rigidness that he met them. As far as he knew, the mountain remained unclaimed, and even if the male went ahead to state the opposite, the lack of proper markings argued otherwise. Perhaps they were just settling, but the question was why?
"Was the Caldera a let down?" he asked, trying hard to keep off any provoking tones of his voice. Even if he had initially, and until the present day still did, thought the Caldera was, oh yeah, full of crap, he gave no hints of these thoughts as he spoke to the male. Doing so would ruin the opportunity to fish out the real scoop about his departure.

Not being a man that liked gossip it was actually strange for Finn to attempt to coax answers from who had once been a packmate, later an enemy and now, seemingly a loner with dreams of turning into something other than a subordinate.
"There are no marked borders in this land yet-- but hey do tell me more about this.. project " he barked, keeping his olive eyes poised in the male until a dark female, who resembled greatly the misfortunate Amelie, crossed his line of vision.

"One of yours I suppose " he barked as he motioned a brief awknowledgement to the female before turning his attention back on the man who along with Finley had traded the Plateu for the Crapdera.
"When do you become official? " he wondered aloud, innevitably wondering if like Peregrine and his crew, Fitz had left under unfriendly terms.

Edit: Feel free to PP Fitz just watching as Bindi deals with Finn if you want to take it to a fight thread. I'll jump in if I think he's got something to say / before the thread closes

FitzDutiful was not impressed with Finn and secretly he was glad that Finley had moved onward. If she and Elwood ever finally discovered the way in which they liked each other then he would be ever grateful that her non-biological twin had failed to see the potential in front of him. "Au contraire." he said. He would talk no more about the Caldera, for he would hear nothing against them. This was not how he wanted to start his relationship with the Plateau but, from experience, he knew that one wolf did not express the beliefs of the pack.

"As soon as we get rid of that gap you appear to have found we officially send the word. I guess you got it early." FitzDutiful was turning out to be a little firecracker, to the surprise of himself and his writer. It wasn't something that had ever been expected of him though one could say it was dutiful of him to protect his lands.

"Bindi," He called over to her. "You wanted to earn the warden trade. Here's your chance to show how you deal with a trespasser who has been given a warning to leave." He would not take up this challenge when one wanting to learn was around. He would watch and provide back up should things turn nastier than they were already and Bindi struggle to deal with it.

Posted on the wrong account at first lmao

She watched the males as they talked, and she seemed to go unnoticed until the strange male pointed her out. Then Fitz called her over to handle the situation, and a smile crept on her face. She wasn't scared, worried, or even slight concerned about what Fitz would think or about the male. Instead she walked confidently up to the stranger, eyes locked on his. Her head ears, and tail all held high, never even glancing at Fitz but focused on her task.

"Last warning, leave now or face the consequences of trespassing" she said through gritted teeth. Now watching Finn for any signs of attacking, she let out a low growl while doing so. This was her chance to prove herself, but it didn't matter, what mattered was getting this piece of shit off the territory.

Not the conditionds of how he had taken the Caldera's Beta departure or the feelings that he held, or had at a time felt fervently in his veins, were relevant to the subject in matter. Besides, to tell the truth, Finn shared the same vague indifference towards the male. After all, it had been his lack of compromise to Dante, topped with the male's ridiculous name he wore what had never allowed the silver Ollivander to take him seriously while he was at the Plateu.
And even now,as he issued a possesive warning towards him, it all remained unchanged.

"Tsk, what a lousy host you are 'Duty"he commented bluntly, his olive eyes portreying the cold disregard he held towards the future 'Alpha'. The tension that lied between their eyes became almost palpable in the atmosphere, weighing upon their shoulders as they engaged in a challenging staring challenge Finn refused to back down from.
"It's not my fault you do such a pathetic job at setting your own borders, dude" he chimed, his shoulders rolling back sluggishly as his he turned his attention momentarily to the female; a creature of average size and no impressive features.

But that was a statement Fitz was seemingly eager to disagree on.
As he called on the female to 'deal with him' the silver Epsilon could not help but to chuff in amusement. Though Finn was not to readily confront females with violence unless it was it required, he felt his muscles tense beneath the silver hairs that guarded his body. What the male lacked in size he made up in agility and craftiness.

"Worse than following a guy named Dutiful?" he jeered, his nostrils flaring as he sought to meet the female's gaze with his own olive eyes.As pledging one's life to, douche-beat dad, Peregrine hadn't been bad enough already.
"Fuck off"

Im gonna assume Fitz is just watching so we can go ahead with this thread. Also if it's cool with you, I'll start a thread up in the sparring pits for a spar and we can then come back and finish this one. Or they can just verbally argue it out, your choice

She watched as the male continued to stand there and do nothing. Very well you little piece of shit she thought in her mind before addressing him out loud. "I said last chance" she snarled before leaping toward the male. He was not welcomed here, he had insulted Fitz several times, which meant he insulted her family. Not aiming to kill the male just yet, she aimed to body slam him with all her weight, hoping it would knock him over. If the stranger didn't get the message, she would have no problem injuring him severely, or worse.

Though unspoken, the female's thoughts about him were visible in her face. She hated him, despite not even knowing his entire name, and Finn, was loving it. In the midst of her stupidity, or her poor judgement, the female took for granted the small --yet highly relevant-- fact he could easily double her size.
And in this occassion it was perhaps important to point out that, size did matter.

Soon, as she tensed herself for battle, the aspiring Warrior slinked into a defensive pose. He did not intend to be the one to strike first, but as she opened her mouth to repeat her lame threat once again, the silver Epsilon found himself changing his mind.
Did the bitch really expect him to tremble at her feet?
"And I said fuck off" he hissed, his teeth clicking around empty air before he charged towards her.
