An off-tune growl shuddered from the titan's diaphragm, piercing the silence about the veiled cave with glass-shattering dissonance. Pale aqua mirrors flickered about the setting, distrust foaming up as a black silhouette emerged from a narrow passageway between two stone carvings. Crimson-coated talons sliced the muddy terrain as the figure neared. The shadow of a wolf glitched forward, though no features accompanied the intruder. It was just...an ebony mold.

Oracle's mirrors twitched open with a start and he climbed to strong pillars to taste the unusually warm winter noon. The haunting dream still clouded his train of thought as a growl of hunger sounded in the pit of his stomach. "When was the last time I ate?" he wondered aloud and decided to fill the void with a hunt. It had been awhile since he had seen his pack and thought nicely to show up with prey to bring them together. He was eager to meet the other wolves who he barely knew, save Hawkeye.

Dew plastered the male's paws as he stalked through a thick patch of trees, audits angling to pick up a sound. His nose was a little more than useless with the moisture hanging in and out of areas, clouding the scent pool he was so accustomed to. He was heading for the caribou herd that nestled in the Blacktail Deer Plateau, the place named around their mere exsistence.

Tipping his skull to the skies, he let out a long ringing howl. At least one other wolf would need to travel with him on the hunt; a chaser and a striker. Ending the howl, a steady stream of chilled air followed and broke off into the wind.

Hawkeye placed the deer bones in the far corner of the pack cache. Soon she would visit Jinx once more, and maybe she could but the skull and femur to use in some sort of ritual. Since discovering that Sos was the male that had spoken to her the entire time, Hawkeye felt even closer to His presence. The fiery visions that filled her mind seemed clearer than ever and she smiled at the thought of being chosen by the bear god.

Her daydreaming was interrupted, though, by Sos saying she had a call from Oracle. Hungry, was he? Now was an excellent time to feast and store food in the cache. It was an unusually warm day for wintertime, and Hawkeye's heart beat faster in the mindset of sacrificing this animal for Sos and then using that energy from feeding to journey and find Jinx to be taught ways that would please Him.

She set out, and howled that she was on her way. Storing energy and food for the cache was her main purpose, for her god and her wolves came first, but maybe she could find out more about Oracle; having a mate was still on her mind, and, while daydreaming once more, his pale blue eyes came into sight.

The midnight wolf trotted up to the silvery-tanned male, and stretched her chest out. Even if he was a prospective mate, she still fully expected the Sigma to submit to her.
