Pack Activity
Just a silly pack activity! :) I assume we've all played Chinese Whispers - you whisper a sentence around the room and end up with something hilarious at the end because people mishear you.

One post each is fine - I will leave it up for a couple of weeks. Bazi is going to start a message and pass it around the pack, and see what comes back to her at the end. Pass your character's interpretation of the message on by howl. @Scimitar @Kaskara @Kieran @Falwasi @Paarthurnax @Blue @Keil @Relonikiv

Bazi's own mother had played the game with her children to impress upon them the importance of communicating clearly. Naturally, the pups had made a game of it, making deliberate mistakes and laughing raucously at the results. The Nova Peak Alpha remembered the lashings that followed with an inward wince - after a particularly blatant example of misbehaviour, she had almost considered running off to avoid her mother's wrath. Almost.

But this was Nova Peak, and there were no tyrannical matriarchs here (not yet, anyway). Bazi pointed her muzzle at a sliver of sky and howled the original message, muffled and distorted by the pressing evergreens: "I don't much care for yellow carrots, but blue potatoes and red cucumbers are better for the gut."

Kieran chuckled at her words, as he heard them. It was a game he had heard, but never played. Despite the fact that he knew he would mess it up, badly, he decided to play anyway. He lifted his muzzle to the sky, and followed her howl with his own.

Oi don't much care for yellow carrots, but blue spuds an' red cucumbers are better for de gut.

He shook his head and snorted again, laughing quietly to himself. Yep he was right, he butchered it.

Blue heard Kieran's message. Her ears twitched and she took a moment to process what she heard. She giggled a little, and then lifted her head up and howled,

"Oi donut care fur yeller karots , but blue spuds and red cucumbers are better for the butt"

And then there's boring ol' Scim.. xD

The cinnamon regal was rarely far from the side of his pristine mate, and so he lay stretched out close by, shadowed by the evergreens that shrouded their new home. Bazi's voice pitched in to the sky, stirring a lazy eye open as he attempted to seek her out. She was nearby -- but not in sight.

The message she sung was clearly a game, and Scimitar paused as he listened to the words, a brow slightly furrowing in response. Kieran's familiar song was next -- his accent prominent even in his howl, which would stir a small smile from the Alpha.

Next was a voice he did not recognize -- but the message was becoming more and more distorted from its original version as it went on. Giving a small shake of his muzzle, the Frostfur lay his muzzle out upon his creamy forepaws once more, not partaking in the antics -- if only because his playfulness did not extend to such games.

To Bazi's dismay, few pack mates were present to hear her call for a game - or unwilling to participate. When it became evident that no-one else was going to join in, she vented her frustration with a huff and turned in the direction of the mountain. Perhaps someone wanted to play 'try not to get shoved off a cliff', she thought sourly, and picked up pace.
