Trade thread - using this for Naturalist. Open to anyone!

She needed some time alone - despite having spent so many days slinking around the pack territory on her own - and after giving a quick word to Fox, departed north. Her route sped through the rolling hills and fields, tracing a path which was vaguely familiar; when she came upon the massive lake, Dove chose to rest. There was a fair sky above her, a soft wind pressing at the girl's pristine shoulders, and stillness everywhere else. Everything was calm and quiet, which was a far cry different from the caldera these days (no pun intended). Dove took a deep breath, tasting the crisp air, and set to work examining the surrounding plants. Perhaps this trip could have some use, aside from instilling some freedom in her bones again.

Bindi had set out once again to the lake where she met Nova. The midnight wolfess still needed to get some ram to pay Crescendo, but that could be done later. For now Bindi wanted something else, she wanted to explore. She trotted along until he finally reached that great big lake again, and she walked over to the water and took a nice refreshing drink.

She lifted her head only to notice she wasn't alone. A pure white female, the complete opposite of the midnight wolfess's fur. Bindi stood tall and held her head high approaching the stranger. "Hello there" she said and examined the pale female, in front of her. Bindi kept a close eye on the stranger to make sure she wouldn't attack, as the midnight wolfess wasn't looking for a fight.

Most of the lakeside plants were reedy things, and some still held a chill as if winter was still close-by. There was a thin layer of ice on certain segments of the lake, primarily where the soil of the bank met the thickly growing stalks. Dove cautiously poked at the surface of the ice with her paw, and when it cracked without much difficulty, she knew to avoid those areas. She stepped away from the bank and began to investigate the foliage about a wolf-length away, partially for her own safety, when she came upon a dark figure with their head down. For a moment she thought it might have been Peregrine - but that made no sense. He had brand new kids to care for, and wouldn't really be keeping an eye on her - right?

When the stranger raised their head and noticed her staring, Dove turned her gaze away - feeling a bit embarrassed for being caught so easily. This would become a more common occurrence now that spring had arrived; she could not hide among the snow drifts. The stranger approached with a confidence indicative of a high position, which made Dove slightly nervous. Following her greeting, the pale girl parroted, "Hello." After a moment, Dove added, "Out for a stroll?"

The stranger seemed nervous when Bindi approached, which for some reason made the midnight wolfess happy. It was almost like she enjoyed making people scared or frightend when she was around. Nevertheless, Bindi offered the stranger a smile to try and get the pale female to become a bit more relaxed. When the pale wolfess asked if Bindi was out for a stroll the obsidian female had to think for a while.

"I guess, not really sure what I was planning on doing out here" she said truthfully. Mabye Bindi's mind was telling her to just come and enjoy the water, or go on an adventure. Mabye her mind was even trying to tell her to get away from Silvertip, like she didn't belong there. Bindi pushed the thought of leaving Silvertip out of her mind and focused on the pale wolfess. "What about you, are you out for a stroll" she asked curious as to what the strange female was doing out here.
