Kora awoke from her slumber early, deciding to go for a sort of walk. Though it probably appeared to be a limp to the edge of the lake and back. She had gotten good at shimmying her left paw and pushing herself up with only three legs. But that was only standing up, she still sucked at everything else.
Now standing, Kora trudged groggily to the lake and took a refreshing sip of the water there before sitting. Her sitting being as awkward as her standing of course. Kora had to lower herself then, without losing balance, move her left paw into the center of her body as to not fall over. She always stumbled a bit, but she hadn't collapsed in a while. The good thing was, her hideous paw did make for a good fishnet.

It only took a minute before an innocent fish came swimming by and Kora decided to seize the moment. Bending down slightly, Kora reached down her mangled paw and lodged it underneath the fish and brought it upward, throwing her face down more and catching it mid-air. This time she caught her victim first try, usually it would take around 3-4. Excited, the lady took the deceased fish back to her sleeping spot and buried it like a cache for when she actually became hungry. Afterward, she stumbled back to the water's edge and waded in enough to clean herself for the day.
