All Welcome
The gray woman walked carefully among the large trees. Night had fallen awhile ago so travel had become a little harder. The canopy created by the trees didn't let the light from the moon and stars light her path which left Amaya picking her way through the forest. She was trying not to trip over any roots that might be exposed.

She knew that she needed to find shelter for the night but that was proving to be more difficult. Amaya thought that even just a hollowed out trunk would do for one night. She didn't have a particular destination in mind but she wasn't planning to stay in that forest.

Finally her silver gaze landed on a dark place in the trunk of one of the trees. She moved a little quicker to reach this tree. She inhaled deeply trying to take in all the scents around her. The last thing she wanted was to run into another wolf that wasn't very pleasant.

The Black Morass was most certainly not a place for a woman of Paloma's prestige. Even as a servant, she was a high handmaiden of the Matriarca her very self. Not to mention, holding the same divine blood - though this was not something which Paloma often boasted.

Yet, now that some of the lower herbalists had come and gone, it was up to Paloma to go out and beyond for what was needed. The rocky, dry terrain of the Boartusk Heights of course did not grow certain items so naturally or easily and the swamps of this place had a number of many herb and fungus of use.

The little woman was making good headway, storing her collection in a fallen, hollowed tree trunk while she found other things. Rounding back with a mushroom in her mouth, this is where she found Amaya.

You weren't planning to steal from me after all my hard work, were you? Her words flowed after she settled down the fungi, pale lavender eyes hard on the other woman, though her voice light and playful in contradiction.
