She tended to remain like clockwork in the...biological aspect of things.
She had thought perhaps, these days, her body simply declined to entertain the idea of another courting spring. Which would have been fine and well — but the scent that wrapped her pale fur today suggested others. Not as pungent as it might have been two or three years ago, but still strong enough to warn her and others.
She thought to warn @Kjalarr or perhaps simply stay tucked away, hidden from the world.
But the second hardly appealed and she imagined the first would be obvious enough to rid any necessary warnings.
So she strolled, but not to where their borders met the other lands. It was to the edge of the bay. Eyes fixed upon the slow rolling waves.
