Great. There were plans for pups. He should have known. There were always plans for pups. After all, what was a pack without youth? Without a legacy of furballs to primp and train into miniature version of the adults that already lived within the pack. Heh. Miniature Toni's. Those would likely be some of the most grumpy, brooding pups alive. Fur-blobs. He wondered if they'd get nasty if he poked them with a stick. 

Pups were off limits. Check. Chasing away outsiders? "Can do." Easy peasy. Toss out a few snarls. Raise the hackles. Snap a few times. Worst case scenario? Threaten and later pursue the other's demise. Sounded like he'd be able to show off his growly side too. 

"Seriously though," he piped up. She hadn't really answered his earlier question. "You told me what you needed. You never told me what you wanted."
