Blue was not surprised at his admission, that he had found a new lover. She had known he had sought another, not actively, but he was not opposed to finding one. And surprisingly so, it didn't even cause her pause. She wondered at the male, and hoped he was nothing like Peregrine. Not that she didn't love Perry, but the way things had ended between the two had been bad. And she would not have him go through it again. Tell me about him? And he is more than welcome to join us if he should ever decide that he wishes to no longer be a lone creature. However, Lasher if he shall hurt you, he will rue the day. Though I think we should probably have a conversation with our children now that they are a little older. So they understand? 


Blue smiled and licked his own cheek, when he pressed against her own. Blue nodded yes to all those things. I would not curb a love as full of love as your own Lasher. It does not seem fair. She tilted her head and listened to him, noticing the nervousness with which he began. And she was fearful, that he had decided to break their bond, because he loved her. Wasn't she pleasantly surprised when it wasn't so.


Blue felt her breath hitch and wasn't sure what to say. She felt a shimmer of tears, oh goodness of course Lasher. You needn't even ask. She dipped her muzzle and with a watery chuckle she nudged his chest and pulled gently at the fur that made up his neck and shoulders, then soothed the nip with tongue.
