Burke wasn't keeping quiet since he wasn't thinking about going for a hunt. He wanted to find his packmate and not some prey animal he wished to devour. The large male got the female's scent and locked onto it like he would on a prey. Though the tank wasn't creeping he was clearly making himself known. Easily enough he stopped the golden coat amongst the dark. His grey shaded coat was one of the lighter ones before Ayana joined. 

He heard the girl talk to herself before he approached her. "Hello Ayana," he greeted once he was more visible. The immensely large male moving forward, his docked tail held high. "I just wanted to check upon you. How are you settling in?," he asked. It was his job as an alpha to have his pack members happy. Plus he was counselor so if someone needed something off his chest he would need to give them advise and maybe even keep the peace between packmates.
