Blue hoped both for Lasher's sake and this Lukes that he did not hurt Lasher. Because she wasn't lying he would rue the day. Blue was not a violent wolf, but she could certain cut a few down with her tongue. She had done so before, she didn't like it, but she would do it if it were warranted. Blue wondered how the children would take it. She did not think they would be too bothered, but who could really tell, until they spoke with them. Blue chuckled, I know. The fact was despite that she knew he would not curb her choice if she wanted another lover, she would not take one. She didn't mind him to have more, but she herself was just a one male kind of girl. She felt that more than one lover was perhaps just too much work.

Blue smiled gently, she had not expected to have a mate in sometime. She had given up that dream when Atticus had left, and she still pined for him, she would not lie. However, the pain was not so sharp, and the thoughts not so often. But he would always be her one great love. Now to be given the one thing she had wanted it was strange, but so beautiful and she honestly didn't know how to show her gratitude and love.  She leaned into his ministrations and added her own muzzle to where she could reach, without causing his own preening of her to be broken.
