Burke raised one lighter dot on his brow when Akela became more offended. He was really joking around, but he would let it slide for now. The last thing he wanted was to annoy his friend and have him leaving. Oh no. He rather had his good friend stay with them. He was pleased to she the dark wolf start to laugh again, yet that was soon vanished. The male seemed to have dozed away from their conversation in his own thoughts. Well then. That a surprise. He wasn't sure what he had said to make the male doze off, maybe it was just the plan he was chewing, it was probably that. 

"I'm glad you think that way," he spoke. "Being a Warden is pretty simple. You just have to make other wolves get the fuck out of our territory and away from our borders." Burke could have been a warden with all the wolves he had chased off by now, but he wanted to have the titles of another trade.
