He had worked hard for his Dark Brother title and once he was the Beta of the pack he had worked even harder to keep everything on track and running. "I'm glad I have you around to cheer me up," he grinned then, trying to push away all thought of his mate missing and that horrible time period. Burke mellowed down a bit. "Ah I know you aren't," he agreed and quirked up his lips. "But still the warning holds as her stepfather." Burke took that role very seriously. Burke snorted out in laugher as he walked with the male for the perfect spot for a cache. He trusted him but still he liked to know his location. "I am not chubby. I am well fed," he pointed out. "Plus my alaskan fur makes me look chubby but I am not."
