Blackfeather Woods Nightmares

She did not stir when Burke came in. She stayed still, only her eyes gazing at the piece of meat. She sighed, pushing it to the opposite side of her. "Later," she muttered in a raspy voice. It is the first time she spoke in the last few days.

 When Burke asked if she wanted to talk, she nodded. This was the perfect oppertunity to tell of her plans. "I-" she started, but then shut her mouth. Maybe she shouldn't leave. She was a member for months now and just up and leaving would feel like betrayal to her. But this was her choice.

 "I... I'm leaving. I can't stay here anymore. It's to painful for me to stay. It just reminds me of way to much and I can't take it!" Noticing her breathing heavily, she took a breath before starting again. "I'm going to take Chevalier and Peridot and start something new. I'm going to look for new territory and create a new pack to lead. I just can't bare to go to another pack or become a loner." She didn't want to fell like a traitor. "I'm planning to leave in seven days time. I hope you can understand, I just can't stay here anymore."
