Timber followed behind the sliver cougar. She was excited to experience a part of her life with a friend, along with the small wolf-like animal the man had called a Coyote. Timber had never heard such a kind of animal before this, so this could be interesting. She would treat the young one well, if this kept her with a partner. By now you could say it was winter, and these extra wounds wouldn't do anyone good. She would fix the male cougar if she would allow her to, but if he refused, she would understand. Infection was her main worry. Drew back for a moment and looked behind her and the tree she had sat in not an hour earlie. She quickened her pace, catching up, and waited for whatever the world had in store.
