Seeing how the orange fox-wolf was willing to help, he bounced over to her and examined her nose, way too close for her comfort. However, she only saw pure innocence in him, and if he tried anything on her it would be his own loss.

She felt a growl start to grow in her throat, but she bit her tongue and kept her mouth shut. He wasn't going to do anything bad, was he? She kept her eyes on him as he looked at her nose, particularly her nostrils.

Her nose hadn't failed her before, however she hadn't needed to use it since she was a loner. She held her face still for the orange ball of fluff and let him examine it. If it was being blocked, he could help her. She needed herself, all parts of her body, to be on top game for her pack. If he helps, maybe I can do better? Maybe he would join Silvertip too? I shouldn't push, I want to wait and give him time.
