The little pups made a noise from inside the den, but Aria could scarcely hear if they were really speaking or not. She let out another low whine before making her way on her belly towards the den entrance. The snowy girl waited curiously to see if the pups would come towards her or be frightened, forcing her to leave and not cause them more stress. She held the familiar gift tightly in her jaws, wondering if Deirdre especially would remember her from the days before.
