The dark queen found herself leaving the pack area to hunt some critters for her little stack of dead things, leaving Cogitemus in charge as well as Sage. She knew the two were capable of keeping everything in order, so she didn't feel worried crossing the lake and making her way to the flat plains that reminded her of the place she had met an awful soul. She had fought with the damned thing, but neither of them had gotten victory. She gritted her teeth at the mere thought of the dark, disrespectful female who had dared to approach her. She even felt hate towards the thing, wishing that it had died.

She padded North, her eyes and ears ready for any prey that may be lingering around. She smelled all different kind of things, though she missed the smell of the boy hiding on top of a rock, unaware that someone might be watching her.
