It really pushed Turq's buttons even more when Rivet suddenly switched gears, transforming from concerned lover to angry bitch (or that's how it felt to Turquoise) and petulantly declaring that she wasn't hungry anymore. The large Blackthorn tried to think of some smart retort to hurl back at Rivet, yet before she could come up with something, the sylph began to storm away. More incensed than ever, Turquoise snarled under her breath and launched after her, leaping in front of her to block her path.

"Don't you walk away from me!" she screamed in Rivet's face. "How dare you," she added a bit inanely, her voice lowering somewhat but still breathy with fury. She looked just like an angry racehorse raging at a starting gate. She even pawed the earth impatiently. "If you walk away from me, you can consider yourself single," she finished icily, glaring daggers.
