Phoenix Maplewood Dance with the Winter Spirits

Here I am! Sorry that took so long.

Laika groaned as she turned in her den, her deep slumber faded away. Her blue eyes fluttered open she she was met with the bright light of the moon shinning in. Odd shadows and reflected moonlight created obscure patterns upon the floor and her eyes shifted upwards so she could catch a glimpse of the trees outside.

Sure enough, her gaze landed upon an ice covered land, and everything was beautifully quiet. She brought a white paw up to her nose, shielding her eyes from the bright light. Sure, it  was a gorgeous sight, but she was still awfully tired. Her jaws parted in a long yawn and her teeth glited in the light.
