Chaska greeted him, and FitzDutiful nodded back in kind - forgetting he'd already greeted with a smile. Chaska mentioned hoping more would turn up and it seemed to call forth another participant. Krypton. She chose to sit near Chaska which left FitzDutiful a little out on the side. That was fine with him though. He'd rather be alone with his thoughts anyway.

Still, Krypton had asked a question and she didn't deserve to be ignored so he replied. "Chaska called it," with a little smile that ended up being a bit more grimace than smile. He then retreated back into himself and just waited for the tale to begin. Whatever it would be about. He hoped it would be something to help him figure out how to cohabit with a pack on their doorstep.
