Burke sat there, still unsure from which side she was coming. He was mostly focussing behind him seeing that was a more logical place to approach him from. He had been right. The girl had been quite good with keeping her position secret but she had hesitated. Burke's ears were directed towards her instantly but he did not turn his head to watch her or what she was doing. "You hesitated. Think where you want to strike me and how before starting to stalk someone," he explained to her, mostly calling out.

"If you know your end goal and how you plan on taking down, or eavesdropping on someone your approach will be more easily determined," Burke spoke calmly, his inner mentor coming out. He did like to teach other wolves, so his grumpiness was slowly ebbing away, already decided that he would have a nap after this to catch up on his sleep he was missing out on now.
