Pardon the delay - out with family, and the site was down last night.

The water was refreshing, and Bazi missed both Lunar's question and Erika's arrival when she executed a deep dive into the water. She resurfaced in time to see Lunar collide with the surface of the water, and winced at the sound. "Nice jump! You made it farther than me!" The Creek wolf shook her head, dismissing the compliment with a smile. "That was just luck."

At this point, she spotted the newcomer on the bank. Lunar accepted the other female's presence as if it were nothing, but Bazi was on home turf - and nervous about anyone that ventured anywhere near the Creek. "Hi there," she greeted the stranger from the water, keeping her tone neutral. The water had plastered her luxuriant pelt to her body - if she bristled instinctively, nobody would notice. "You sound.. different," she went on, paddling slowly back to the banks, looking back at Lunar with a 'Come on, let's investigate this one' look. "Are you with a pack?"
