Tail still stiff, he backed off a few paces so he wasn't looming so much, then gestured for Ashmedai to right himself.

"You'll occupy the Epsilon rank. Remember what I said about integrating and minding your manners. Make a point to meet my mate, Fox, as she's your new Alpha female. Just make sure you do it away from the den," Peregrine reminded sternly. There was nothing left to say beyond that, really, so... "You're dismissed," he pronounced clearly, turning to trot back to his den himself, leaving Ashmedai to show himself around.
