Had Kunik been privy to his thoughts she would have been outraged. She was an adult, dammit! Her body had filled out at two years old and she was sexually mature having had her first heat that spring. She had been second command of her natal pack-that wasn't a child's job. By all rights she was a grown wolf and she acted as such.

She would have made him bleed had she heard the thoughts about her frame, she was strong for a female of her stature. Size didn't make warriors.

"I suppose they are dangerous. Don't eat the plants and you'll be fine," she cocked a brow at him, evading his question to exactly where they were. It was knowledge she liked to keep to herself.
