Big mouths airlifted the other pups to safety, leaving Pura where he was until the wee-wee had stopped flowing. Eventually, he too was cleaned up and dropped next to his wet-nurse - furthest away from her face, just to besure. Saēna was already snoozing in the spot next time, still and quiet. Pura Virtúte drank his fill, burped adorably and fell asleep with his face still pressed against the teat, dribbling milk and spittle like a champion on poor Hawkeye's belly.
