He knew hunger now, and let fall from his mouth his brother’s toes with a soft blep. “Oo-foo-foof,” he snuffled, nosing about for Eshe and the buttery sustenance he knew awaited him. His infinitesimal paws thrust decisively forth as his too-heavy head swayed to and fro, with frequent pauses to rest.
