She'd lingered outside, watching as the male took his leave, and then stared after his departing body until he could no longer be seen. Even then, she'd waited, watching for any signs of movements. When nothing was seen, however, Sen made her way into the den. She'd pushed Chusi to the back of it, laying down around the child so as to trap her against that farthest wall. There would be no repeats of what had just happened, she'd make sure of it.
