When he notices her, she gives a polite dip of her head, but he seems more neutral than demanding for submission, so her posture is more relaxed than it might've been-- her tail does remain lower than his though. 

"Hiya, Hun," she greets, her tail wagging in a friendly manner. "Up to anything new?" She asks, starting up the conversation herself.
